What to Expect: Mobile Massage Policies & Etiquette
To ensure a smooth, respectful, and restorative experience; please review the following policies for Mobile Massage sessions. These guidelines help me honor your time and energy, and I ask for the same in return
Client Policies
Cancellation and Rescheduling: Provide at least 48 hours for cancellations or rescheduling. Same day cancellations will be subject to a fee of, 30%, your deposit. No shows will be charged the full session rate. You are able to reschedule your appointment once with initial deposit.
Payment Policy: Payment is due at the time of service unless arranged in advance. I will send payment link for session to the phone number provided at the time of booking. Square (payment link) and Cash are final payment methods.
For Corporate or Event bookings: a deposit and invoice agreement will be required.
Personal Conduct: This is a professional, therapeutic service. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session.
Session Guidelines
Arrival & Set-Up: I arrive 10-15 minutes prior to scheduled start time, depending on the service being provided. This allows time for any tools that require preheating. If set up is delayed due to limited access or late entry, your session may be shortened.
Space Requirements: My massage table is comparable to a Twin XL bed. Please ensure there is adequate space to perform all necessary techniques and enhancements without restriction.
Access to Power: Only one accessible outlet is needed. I provide my own extension cord for convenience. Please ensure the space allows for easy plug-in.
